Accessibility Statement

1What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means you should be able to:

• navigate the whole website using only a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a “skip to content” link;
• zoom text up to 200% and use the website on screens down to 320 pixels wide without content being cut off;
• read text with a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1;
• turn off animation by setting “reduce motion” in your device’s accessibility settings;
• use a screen reader, with headings in a logical order and text alternatives for images.

2How accessible this website is

We believe this website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA, because of the issues listed in the next section.

3What we know falls short

• Guided tour PDF. The STUDiPort guided tour is made up of screenshots of the application. The text in those images cannot be read by a screen reader or resized.
• Product screenshot. The STUDiPort screenshot on our pages is an image of an application screen. It has a text description, but not every detail shown in it.
• Assistive technology testing. We have not yet tested the website with every screen reader and voice-control tool.

If you need information from any of these in another format, such as a text version of the guided tour, email us and we will provide it.

This statement was prepared on 18 September 2026. It is based on a self-assessment of the website, including automated checks for colour contrast and layout at different screen widths, and manual checks of keyboard navigation, headings and text alternatives.

We will review it whenever the website changes significantly, and at least once a year.
